The 2025 Job Market: 8 Questions Hiring Managers Should Be Asking
As a hiring manager you must learn how to juggle work and life. At times potential new hires forget about this; well, heck, even employees forget you’re human too, right? As a hiring manager you are looked upon as a person of influence, having all the answers and knowing always what to do. BUT DO YOU? If you just read that question out loud, I bet your head went, “nope!” If you got a yes out of it, good on you!!! You should feel proud of yourself.
This market is DAUNTING to say the least. Who should I hire, how should I hire in 2025? So much has changed, and yet, has it?
You can all read about all the changes that are going on around you right now and you can fight it, embrace it, accept it or just ignore it. You can make that choice for your company and for yourself. Do you? Can you?
When you or your team hire, only you know what you need to do, how to do it and more. Can you do it alone is the big question. Do you want to do it alone? Maybe you just don’t have a choice in the matter.
My methodology as a REVERSE RECRUITER has given me the opportunity to make a few 100 employers very happy. (Bragging rights, yes, as I hit 100% last year in all my placements). My average per year is 85% successful placement ratio. I have worked extremely hard in this and very proud to say, I KNOW WHAT I AM DOING!
If you are hiring right now do you have a plan?
Do you feel ready for all the changes that will be coming your way?
Do you know how to embrace them, attack them, and mostly, accept the change that is going to happen as you do it?
Do you have a solution?
Do you know all the right questions to ask and prepare for prior to you announcing that you have an open position in your company?
Do you know how to advertise?
Do you have a game plan?
Having HR do it all for you is nice and they are there for a reason, but do you, as the hiring manager, have the answers?
This is my way of pointing out, YOU NEED A PLAN! You need to be focused, you need to utilize everyone that can help, you need to have all the buy in from all the managers and mostly, you need to know what you are doing!
I do offer a hiring guide, but there is more to it.
Can I help? YES, I CAN. If you ask for help, which is always the first step, I would be pleased to explain how being a REVERSE RECRUITER has made, once again 100’s of hiring managers happy.
Change is all around us, are you accepting it, fighting it, or being challenged by it?
