I have had the privilege of working as a National Professional Recruiter for 30 years.

Thirty years ago I answered an ad in the Sunday times (back when we advertised in the newspaper), interviewed for 3 hours, and started my journey as a Professional Recruiter! Not knowing it then, it was one of the best decisions I ever made.

As a Professional Recruiter, or as I call myself, a Reverse Recruiter, I have learned, and I am still learning more about myself and the industry every day.

What is a Reverse Recruiter?

A Reverse Recruiter works for the applicant, not the clients. My clients hire me, pay me, and trust me to advocate for the applicant. I learn about the applicants’ wants, needs and more before I share what my clients needs are; and with this methodology I have over a 95% success rate when I place someone.

I am committed to putting the right people in the right positions at the right companies, which results in exceptional company culture with low turnover, motivated & happy leaders, and successful business results.

I take pride in bringing 30 years of experience to serve my clients’ HR needs through recruiting and consulting. I provide expert insights on:

Purple Squirrel Hunter

I was given the name "Purple Squirrel Hunter" by a former manager about 10 years ago. I had no clue what it meant at the time.

She than asked, “have you ever seen a purple squirrel?” “NO. They don’t exist." I said. To which she replied, “Ahhhh but they do, in you!”

“You find the unknown. You have a blessing and a curse (she wasn’t kidding on that). When a client asks for something that is difficult to find, you find it!”

Hence, you are a PURPLE SQUIRREL HUNTER!
