Finding Your Next Career With Jennifer Mastor

Value: When you look up this one simple word, you find it is not so simple after all. This one word carries a lot of different meanings, and it can be used as an adjective, verb, and noun. Just one word.

When I think of the value I provide to my clients, there are three commonalities among all of them:

1.     They better understand themselves, in terms of their needs, wants, and values.

2.     They find clarity around what they can contribute and what value they bring to the workforce.

3.     They commit to a direction for their career.

Sounds good, right? Certainly, if you’re struggling in these areas, a discussion with me can get you moving in the right direction.

But, if you follow me and read my posts, you also know I offer more than this.

As of November 2023, I celebrate 31 years in this industry. And yes, I have seen a lot, been through a lot and learned a lot more. Not just about my craft but about myself, too. And in retrospect, isn’t that a person you want to assist you in your career journey; a person who is always open to learning and sharing? How about a person who will push you as far as possible? A person who will question you, make you think and allow you to find your real voice?

I thoroughly enjoy what I do for a living. I work smartly, sometimes hard, but mostly at my own pace. I know how to ask for help and accept it too. (That is a hard one to learn!!)

I will only work with and represent individuals that want to expand their thinking and direction and I will only work with companies that have strong morals and ethics that align with mine.

The value you get working with me? Me. My common sense, my street smarts, my experience, and my life. I value myself and respect what I do and how I share it with others.  Are you ready to share yours?
