How I Run My Recruiting Business After Seven Years

The 7-year itch. Not the movie with Marilyn Monroe, not from the show ‘Happy Days’ nor the movie, Gaslight. But the relationship one has with another. I know most people use that phrase when speaking about a marriage, but in reality, isn’t owning a business like a marriage? You are committed to making your business relationship work.

Well, I am committed to making my relationship work with you. I am excited that I have been representing Mastor Recruiting & Career Consulting for 7 years now!

Has the journey been amazing? Yes. Has my journey had some rough patches? Hell yes! But, like any relationship, a solid one has many factors that keep it running. Communication, respect, ability to change when need be and mostly, the purpose of having the relationship.

My purpose? YOU. Whether you are an employer looking to hire from me or an individual looking to push yourself in your career, find your career, or change your career, I am present. My energy, my passion and my goals are circled around you. That is how I started with Mastor Recruiting and that is how I continue to run it; with you in mind, always.

So, on this 7-year anniversary I want to wish you all HAPPINESS, SUCCESS, AND THE ABILITY TO FIND YOUR WHY!

To Your Success,
