Soft Skills Will get YOU Hired

My usual morning routine after the gym is to be in my office by 9am. (it used to be 8am, but I found I like to sleep, and when you get to the gym after 7:30am it is not as busy😊)

Once I am in front of my computer I go through my emails first and read LinkedIn second. At that time, I like to read any new articles, postings and more. Today was nice to read a lot more positive postings than I had seen in a while. It got me going, you know, my brain thinking about why, how, and I can’t wait to see more.

So, why am I seeing more positive? Because we can’t hear any more negative speak. We are done with the negative and we need to move forward with the positive.

The positive is you!!! You are remembering your soft skills, you know, the ones that got you in the door, what made you who you are and why others respect you.
