Did you know that when I share a post on LinkedIn I do it with a purpose? With the all the “real” struggles going on right now any help is help. I was speaking with a colleague yesterday and they had inquired about how slow everything is moving right now. And they are correct. This market is unique. Our unemployment rate, to date is 3.9%. The long-term average is 5.08%. So, why are employers taking so long to hire? We have people that want to be hired. We have people that want a career. They want to use their skills, education, and value. How can you help?
